      Please note
        • Same-day rental. Return the e-bike by shop closing time stated on your voucher.
        • ID required. Bring a valid photo ID. A card hold or refundable deposit may be requested.
        • Sizing. Recommended rider height from ~150 cm. Tell us your height at booking.
        • Helmets. Included for all riders; mandatory for under-16s in the city.
        • Rules. Pedal assist limited to 25 km/h. Ride in bike lanes when available and follow local traffic laws.
        • Weather. We operate in light rain; ponchos available as an extra. Roads may be slippery—ride carefully.
        • Damage & loss. The renter is responsible for the bike during the rental period.

        Requirements / Restrictions

        • Minimum rider height: ~150 cm
        • Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult
        • Not suitable for those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
        • Basic ability to ride a bicycle confidently in urban conditions
